Beth was great, on time, professional and extremely thorough! Before you consider removing tiles and replacing try getting them professionally cleaned - look new again!

Rob and team were superb! Our tiles are transformed - they went above and beyond what was asked (e.g. cleaning a mosaic in addition to the tiles which now looks amazing) and were extremely friendly and polite throughout. I cannot recommend enough.

Lucas was friendly, kind, helpful and informative from start to finish. Always giving lots of options and advice and working out the right solutions and prices. The work was carried out to such a high standard the products were great and the result was amazing. We will get Lucas back to do another room and would recommend him and the products in a heartbeat. Daniel stuck to appointment times, clearly explained the process. Whilst on site, he never took a break and worked all the way through. No mess left behind, polite and courteous. Explained the challenges of such old tiles, and agreed that he would do the best he could, but damp may need resolving. However, if damp resolved, Daniel will return and add a topical sealant. But for now he has done all that is possible given the challenges of very old tiles ( at least 60 years ) and some sporadic damp issues. A very good service.

The job didn’t run smoothly due to factors beyond Lucas’s control yet he literally got his head down and persevered to make sure that he delivered an excellent result nonetheless. His commitment to customer service and diligent hard work shone through as brightly as our kitchen tiles do now.

Alastair and Andy did a fantastic job cleaning and polishing our limestone kitchen, hall and bathroom floor. I genuinely believe they were dedicated to making the final result the best that they could for us the tiles and grout have sprung back to life and look better than when first laid. Definitely would recommend.
