Spencer contacted us with a couple of days of our initial enquiry, came to assess the work soon after, provided an estimate that weekend and arranged a date to carry out the work within two weeks. His craftsmanship and professionalism are exemplary. He explained exactly what the job entailed and carried out the work efficiently and effectively. He is a very friendly person who respected our property and we couldn’t be happier with his work.

Lucas and Steve were extremely polite, pleasant and considerate. They worked carefully and neatly, making sure that furniture and skirtings were covered so nothing got damaged in the process. They worked quietly work was not rushed and done to a very good standard. I would highly recommend them.

During what was meant to be a simple redecoration we uncovered an area of original Edwardian floor tiles that had been tiles over. Several areas were damaged or missing. I spent some time trying several companies and trade persons but no one could provide a portfolio of similar work. The tile doctor had experience and talked us through what his game plan was and was able to relay the existing tiles and provide repair and replacement and clean and seal the floor to almost original condition. Fantastic results beyond what we had hoped for.

Excellent experience. Took a huge amount of detailed care with our floor. Brought very old grout and tiles back up to a great standard. Also explained future care very well. Very tidy afterwards and job completed on time! No complaints at all!
