Warren did an excellent job sealing my travertine bathroom wall tiles. He clearly has superb knowledge of his trade and explained everything professionally. I really appreciated that he went out of his way to accommodate my emergency, even moving other jobs around to help me at short notice, which made a stressful situation much easier. He was reliable, professional and took great care with the work. I am very pleased with the finished result and would happily recommend him to others.

Jason was punctual and professional. Explaining what he was going to do. Even though he loved the dogs, I took them out so he could work without two extra helpers and he even messaged me to say that that it could take an extra half hour than planned. He also explained how long the hearth would take to cure and harden

Amazing work...He managed to clear all mess done by tiler and builder on the Anthracite Porcelain outdoor slabs almost 140 smt, bring back the original colour.

The work carried out by Mick was amazing. We’re really pleased with our travertine floor — it was badly in need of a refresh and deep clean, and the difference is incredible. The shine is back, and I can actually see the reflection of the windows in the floor again! Mick did a fantastic job and I’d happily recommend him.

Matt and Conor were fantastic. They were punctual, polite and professional. They were very respectful of my property and carried out their work to a very high standard. They were very generous with their advice on tile care. My indoor tiles are looking flawless and they have a nice clean shine which I am very happy with. Malcolm was friendly and professional, and he stuck to his quote. Ours was a very old Victorian tiled floor with extensive damage including broken tiles, significant numbers of tiles with damaged surfaces and badly faded tiles, so Malcolm replaced broken tiles, replaced missing grout, and cleaned and sealed the rest. Without replacing more tiles and/or painting faded ones he couldn't have done more. I'm not sure how TileDoctor expect to deliver the results in their video without wholesale replacement (impractical and too expensive) and that isn't Malcolm's fault. With faded tiles and chipped surfaces it simply isn't feasible to expect the finish that the tiledoctor website shows. Luckily we had anticipated that and the result we got we are very happy with.
