Malcolm was friendly and professional, and he stuck to his quote. Ours was a very old Victorian tiled floor with extensive damage including broken tiles, significant numbers of tiles with damaged surfaces and badly faded tiles, so Malcolm replaced broken tiles, replaced missing grout, and cleaned and sealed the rest. Without replacing more tiles and/or painting faded ones he couldn't have done more. I'm not sure how TileDoctor expect to deliver the results in their video without wholesale replacement (impractical and too expensive) and that isn't Malcolm's fault. With faded tiles and chipped surfaces it simply isn't feasible to expect the finish that the tiledoctor website shows. Luckily we had anticipated that and the result we got we are very happy with.

Mick quickly arranged time for a visit, described clearly and in detail what he recommended and then provided a quote. After we accepted, a date for the work was arranged within the suggested time. Mick arrive early, described again the work that he was going to do and then kept on working until the job was complete. Overall we were happy with the service and would use again.

Bit disappointed with results. Last time could notice a real difference in tiles but not this time. Also, was quoted £160 but was charged £180. I couldn't find email re £160 so have no proof
