The job didn’t run smoothly due to factors beyond Lucas’s control yet he literally got his head down and persevered to make sure that he delivered an excellent result nonetheless. His commitment to customer service and diligent hard work shone through as brightly as our kitchen tiles do now.

Jo did a fantastic job for us resurfacing and sealing our old flagstone floor, in our kitchen, dining room, hall and porch. The flagstones are about 300 years old and had become flaked, discoloured, needing specialist attention. Jo took such care, he was so thorough and they look amazing. Thank you so much. Professional, courteous team did an excellent job of rejuvenating our 11-years old marble tiles that had become ingrained with dirt. Floors now look as good as new if not better.

From first contact to the job completion I was very pleased with the service. Alastair and Andy were professional, polite, friendly and hard working. They carried out the work to my complete satisfaction. The tiled floor looks impressive and they restored it to its original state. They also added finishing touches which made the job look complete. I would definitely recommend them.

We are absolutely delighted with the results from Tile Doctor. Our white porcelain kitchen and toilet floors have been completely transformed and now look amazing. The technician was punctual, professional and incredibly hardworking, spending over five hours carrying out a thorough deep clean and restoration. Every stage of the process was completed with great care, and the attention to detail was outstanding. The difference is far beyond what we expected. Julian was great and did a fantastic job cleaning and sealing our original Edwardian tiles. He was very knowledgeable on the types of tile, what could be achieved, and what finish would suit us best. The floor has some new life to it.

Malcolm was great! Came round to give us a quote quickly, turned up when he said he would and did a great job. He went above and beyond trying to find some different tiles from all sorts of reclamation yards etc, and when none were available he did a great job of blending in the modern replacements. Very pleased the hallway and finish, and would thoroughly recommend Malcolm and Sharon's services.
