Alistair and Andy arrived on time to remove efflorescence on a section of my terracotta tiles cause by a leak. They carefully and thoroughly removed the white chalky substance, cleaned, dried and resealed, it was a tough job but the floor is now fully restored to its original beauty . Excellent workmanship thank you.

Chris did a fantastic job of cleaning and helping to restore our Lakeland slate floors. They hadn’t been deep cleaned in over seven years so he tackled this and then sealed them. We’re delighted with the results. We have a few more steps to do - resin has been revealed that was hidden in dirt - but we can tackle this shortly. Chris is very knowledgeable and gave the very old tiles a new lease of life.

Malcolm and Sharon worked so hard on our very dirty Victorian quarry tiled floor. From start to finish they were meticulous and never stopped until they got the best possible finish for a very old and well-worn floor. I can’t recommend their services highly enough.

Abdel was most professional and hard working. The floor was in a very bad state, already having had one professional work on it and not improved the damage. Abdel made a test patch which looked great and was very thorough with his work, the floor now looks like new and I am delighted

This was exceptional service from Chris Munro. The porch tiles installed in1886 were in good condition, but unfortunately had been given a coat of varnish. The varnish was really tricky to remove. This did not deter Chris. He worked tirelessly to bring our porch tiling back to as near the original condition as possible. He was extremely courteous, efficient and really pleasant to deal with. The Tile Doctor product dispatch lady I spoke with, has excellent customer services skills.
