Abdel was most professional and hard working. The floor was in a very bad state, already having had one professional work on it and not improved the damage. Abdel made a test patch which looked great and was very thorough with his work, the floor now looks like new and I am delighted

This was exceptional service from Chris Munro. The porch tiles installed in1886 were in good condition, but unfortunately had been given a coat of varnish. The varnish was really tricky to remove. This did not deter Chris. He worked tirelessly to bring our porch tiling back to as near the original condition as possible. He was extremely courteous, efficient and really pleasant to deal with. The Tile Doctor product dispatch lady I spoke with, has excellent customer services skills.

Removed all the engrained dirt and even the residual grout from the original installation on our slate floor. It now looks better than it did when new!

Mick and Tom did a great job, repairing and cleaning porcelain kitchen tiles and bringing back to life some Travertine tiles in the bathroom. They kept us informed about what they needed to do and did everything to a high standard. Also very fiendly and helpful

Professional, timely, got the job done quickly and worked long hours on some days to get the job done. Friendly and open to listening to our suggestions. Only thing we would mark down on is it was probably quite a big job to fit into a single week so we did have to call them back to touch up some areas, but this was done really quickly and they were happy to help. Great guys would recommend.

Mal could not have been more helpful originally we arranged for him to clean my floor tiles whilst we were away for a few days however he sent videos of how my grout needed more work and he wants me to see it first he didn’t charge me for this just wanted me to be happy with the work he arranged to come again once we were back he made another appointment with in a few days of coming back They did a great job would recommend him to anyone wanting their porcelain floor tiles doing and cost of his work was very reasonable Thank you
