Alastair and Andy were amazing. They worked extremely hard to clean our quarry tiled floor which was in extremely poor condition. They happily moved furniture around to access the floor. We are very very happy with the work.

We needed a repair to a stone floor tile in a wet room without a complete floor replacement.
Chris Munro carried out a professional repair on the date and time stated . He was most helpful and left evrything tidy.

If we could give 6 stars we would. From start to finish it was impossible to find fault. Our shower developed some black staining on the floor shortly after it was installed. For several years we tried various off the shelf products to no avail. In desperation we decided we needed specialist help and googled Tile Doctor.
We sent photographs of the shower by email and Tom, our local man diagnosed the problem and recommended a solution. On the day he again advised us that it might not be 100% successful but after his efforts we ended witha shower as good as when it was installed. And 6 months later it is still as good.
We would also add that Tom was one of those people that you wish all your workmen were like. He was with us for most of the day and repeatedly going in and out of the house. He just got on with the job, got his head down and we hardly knew he was there.

Very impressed with Rob, the whole team and the quality of the work and end result. Rob was conscientious at the introduction point and very informative when it came to giving advice and responding to emailed uestions. Our stone floor looks great and of the highest quality - just what we were looking for. There was no problem even when we asked for additional help on a second task, outside of the agreed terms. Great company.

Spencer contacted us with a couple of days of our initial enquiry, came to assess the work soon after, provided an estimate that weekend and arranged a date to carry out the work within two weeks. His craftsmanship and professionalism are exemplary. He explained exactly what the job entailed and carried out the work efficiently and effectively. He is a very friendly person who respected our property and we couldn’t be happier with his work.
