Easy to communicate with while discussing the tile restoration and what was needed (both on the phone and via text) and friendly, professional and informative when undertaking the work at our home. Chris was the utmost professional. Even when faced with extra work with two damaged tiles he carried on and repaired the voids with coloured putty like substance which hardened in time. Very happy either way the outcome and would recommend Chris any time.

Kevin has been a saviour with our flagstone floor that was previously varnished with a heavy lacquer. I don't think anyone else would have taken on the job as the layers of varnish were so thick and had trapped in years of dirt. Kevin was professional and diligent in his approach to this problem and kept us informed of progress and what to expect throughout. He is polite, prompt and knowledgable about the care and maintenance of stone floors. He has done a fantastic job for us. I would have no hesitation in recommending him for future clients.

Mick was very professional and responsive. He and his colleague took every care to clean our 50-year-old Church floor which had been laid with concrete slabs, taking time to explain difficulties because of the porous nature of the slabs and ensuring we were happy for them to continue - the committee were pleased with the result.

Daniel provided us with an excellent service for our old quarry tile kitchen floor. The floor had not been cleaned and sealed for over 35 years at least and the result was way beyond our expectations. Rupert did a good job. The overall costs felt high for one and a half day's of work. Worked out to about £ 60 per hour. However Rupert is friendly, professional and delivered a good end result of our antique quarry tile floor. Would certainly recommend him.
