Tom came to remove some mastic from our porcelain tiles after a glass room installation. He was absolutely brilliant! Went over and above what we expected him to do and came to sort it out very quickly for us before Christmas. Can't recommend him enough!

Mick did a very good job cleaning our terracotta floor which proved quite a challenge however he was not defeated by the task although it took two days longer than he thought. Mick is very professional in his approach both to the customer and to the job and as a result we were always confident the floor would be restored and the result was excellent .

Stuart did a brilliant job removing layers of bitumen and screeding covering an old brick floor, and cleaning a brick stairway with oak trims. The area had now been restored to its original condition thanks to his skill and experience and looks lovely.

Steve was very good at communicating and Tile Doctor as a company were also very good at letting me know what was happening. We had spilled red wine on our Portuguese limestone fireplace. So it was a large area with splashes too. Steve was brilliant and cleaned the whole fireplace and then sealed it for us. It looks as good as new now. Don’t be put off by the quote - it can seem a little expensive but get what you pay for - quality job and my fireplace was in safe hands. Thank you Steve - I have already recommended you to a friend.

Alastair and Andy were amazing. They worked extremely hard to clean our quarry tiled floor which was in extremely poor condition. They happily moved furniture around to access the floor. We are very very happy with the work.

We needed a repair to a stone floor tile in a wet room without a complete floor replacement.
Chris Munro carried out a professional repair on the date and time stated . He was most helpful and left evrything tidy.
