We found Harry excellent in his initial communication. He was able to advise regarding the situation with my tiles, did exactly what he said he would and performed a superb job. He worked very hard and consciestiously. He is very pleasant to deal with and I would recommend him without hesitation. Am I pleased with the end result? Not entirely. BUT that is not Harry's fault. I stupidly thought deep cleaning the tiles I didn't like would make them more to my satisfaction. I cannot fault the cleaning but I still don't like the tiles. That is down to me.

Very happy with the work Matt did for us. A large job over 5 different rooms including a complicated re-grout in a wet room shower. We now have floors which genuinely look as they did when the limestone was laid 20 years ago. Chuffed!

The patio now looks almost as good as new, with all the dirt, staining and weathering removed while retaining the natural matt appearance of the porcelain. The grout lines are clean and the finish is even across the entire area with no streaking or patchiness. Julian was excellent from start to finish, explaining the process in restoring and enhancing our kitchen’s 120 yr old flagstone floor. Everything was done by hand and he even took the time and effort to help me replace our Welsh dresser / washing machine and cooker once the floor was completed. Warren did an excellent job of bringing the slate tiles in our house back to their formal glory. I don't think they had been cleaned or resealed for years. They were filthy. It's a pleasure to be able to walk on them without having to clean the underneath of our shoes. Highly recommend Warren and the price was very reasonable.
