Walter responded quickly. After a video call and initial quote he did a site visit and updated his quote following agreement on how to resolve some of the issues we had. He asked me to order supplies which came in good time. He explained in detail what he would do and by when. We are very happy with the result.

Chris has done a truly fantastic job rejuvenating the 400-year-old slate floor at our cottage. What was once very tired and worn now looks absolutely beautiful while still retaining all of its age, character and charm. The finish is exceptional and completely in keeping with the house. It has transformed the space far beyond what we thought possible. Professional, thoughtful and clearly takes enormous pride in his work. Very highly recommended.

Mark came to restore our 200 year old flagstone floor. After such a long period of neglect, it was not in the best condition. Mark worked very hard over three days to restore the floor. He deep cleaned, repaired and sealed the floor to prevent further damage. The final result was very pleasing and completely in keeping with the age of the floor and the property. We could not be any happier. Mark is friendly, polite and professional. We would recommend him without reservation.

Spencer gave clear instructions of what to do in advance of the job. He arrived on time, gave a clear explanation of what he would be doing and took care to protect our stuff against dust & debris. The work progressed well during the day & Spencer took great care when tidying up at the end. The results were outstanding & we would not hesitate to recommend Spencer. He clearly takes pride in his work.

Tom is a sure bet for tile cleaning, repairing screw holes through tiles, replacing damaged tiles, re-sealing around shower trays and recolouring grout (mine included a strip of very small mirrored tiles along the top that go most of the way round the room and they got the same treatment - no mean feat). Very happy with his fastidious work at a fair price. I thoroughly recommend him.

Vinyl tiles had been scuffed and were rather dirty. Mal came and cleaned and resealed the 22sqm room. The floor now looks clean and bright. Initially some small patches were not done as well as the rest of the room. Mal came back next day and sorted the problem areas. The result looks good.

Alastair and Andy did an absolutely fantastic job of polishing and resealing the marble tiles throughout our ground floor and bathroom/shower areas. They meticulously filled in any defects, and re-grouted where necessary. They worked incredibly hard over a full week, were always punctual and polite, and genuinely went out of their way to ensure we were fully satisfied with the final outcome. We couldn't be happier and have no hesitation in recommending their services to others.

Restoring tiled flooring in 18th century farmhouse --- Mark worked hard and restored the appearance of our red tiles significantly. He created a well for our door mat and repaired an area where the tiles were collapsing into the cellar below. He is a craftsman .We were happy with his work. He was a pleasure to have around and even worked at the weekend to get the job finished. Thank you Mark

25 year old kitchen wall tiles and grout. Having tried 'Youtube methods' and mainstream propriety cleaning agents to no avail, I opted to contact one of the rare professional companies that undertake domestic work - Tile Doctor.
Communication from the Company and representative, James, was rapid and informative. James arrived punctually and was very courteous, friendly and industrious. He worked tirelessly for over 5 hours using Tile Doctor products. Firstly, pre-treat cleaner then grout restoration, which colours and seals the grout. Basically, James and these products have turned back the clock 25 years. The results are amazing and far exceeded my expectations. I have no hesitation in recommending this Company, their products and their operatives.
