The whole process was quick and easy. I submitted the enquiry through the website and it was allocated to Julian. Julian contacted us straight away, came to see our problem area on the floor and provided options and prices. The work took two days and Julian remained friendly and helpful, talking us through what was being done and once the tiles were up, explained what our next options were as it was more problematic than expected!! Julian was really clean and thorough, always punctual and turned what resolved what we thought was going to be a big problem. As with all the other reviews, we also recommend Julian, thanks very much

The Tile Doctor did an excellent job restoring the Victorian tiles in our hallway. He was easy to communicate with and gave sound advice throughout. When we missed the part in his email about ordering material, he quickly made a plan to keep the project on track. He also responded the same day to a small snag I pointed out and fixed it immediately. Overall, it was a great experience, and the hallway tiles look fantastic.

I’m very happy with the kitchen floor- it was really awful before as it had never been sealed and finished properly when it was laid and I couldn’t clean it properly. Dennis has completely stripped it back, sealed and polished it. It looks great now. Very professional company and will definitely use again.

Kieron did an amazing job restoring our floor. He fixed problems left behind by a previous tile specialist and completely transformed the tiles. The quality of his work was outstanding and very thorough.He was punctual every day, worked incredibly hard, and was professional throughout. We’re absolutely delighted with the results and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Wow fantastic job done by Alastair and Andy in the re grouting of my porcelain garden patio 75 square metres this consisted of removing all of the old grout that was not suited for porcelain and re grouting using the correct kerakoll fugalite appoxy grouting. It was an outstanding transformation . They where both professional,polite, punctual and extremely tidy. I am over the moon with the results. Well done Alistair and Andy

Nick and Sally are miracle workers! We weren't sure that our mucky bathroom tiles could be restored, but, given the costs and inconvenience of replacing them, we decided to give it a try. We couldn't be more pleased with the result. Jason is a grafter and worked solidly to bring new life to our floor. It hadn’t dried by the following morning as advised but following a quick email, Jason was back at our door to rectify with the further buffing required. No fuss, no attitude, just keen to make it as a good as possible. All good.
