Can't remember how soon it was before Stuart contacted me but not long. I had to change the planned date twice due to delay with other tradesmen and Stuart was very accommodating. The terracotta tiles, which are at least 30 years old, have come up beautifully. Pat Smith

Our slate floor had suffered 16 years of hard wear and tear. In just two days Stuart restored the glorious colours it had when it was first laid and then sealed it properly to conserve and preserve those colours.
It is everything we could possibly have hoped for and worth every penny.

Stuart was very straightforward to deal with. His quote was fair and was honest in his assessment of our Victorian tiled floor and the improvement that we could expect. He was punctual and kindly fixed some lose tiles as part of the work. We are very pleased with the result and would recommend him to others and would use him again for top up cleans in the future.

Stuart described what her would do and was a good timekeeper. Turned up when he said he would - reliable. Helped me move furniture and was generally helpful all round. He gave me some good after care tips to prolong the life of the seal he'd put down and referred me to a supplier for a specialised mop and spray. Very happy with his work and service.

Very professional service, prompt and efficient. Quick to respond to initial enquirer, early visit for test clean and the early, two day attendance over weekend to carry out work on very dirty, unsealed slate floor.
Did not try and persuade us to have other floors cleaned that would not have benefitted.
Very good result, restoring colour and finish to floor.
Would be happy to recommend to others.

Our Tile Doctor was very prompt, courteous and efficient. We were particularly impressed with his punctuality and neatness. He conscientiously carried out the work and when giving us the quote was very realistic in what could be achieved with our 20+ year old terracotta floor. The restored floor has certainly met our expectations.

Stuart was clean tidy, courteous. He seemed knowledgeable about the Tile Doctor products. The parts of the floor cleaned by his machine were ok, edges not so clean but he was removing years of dirt from a very old terracotta floor. Pleased though with the overall result.
