Thomas got in touch really quickly, responding with a review of the work based on my photos before coming around to see the floor in person a few days later. We were sent links to purchase the necessary treatment products and give dates (a week apart) for the two treatments. We could not be happier with the results. Luckily the tiles were in good condition, just marked and dirty after years of neglect. Colours are popping. Stains and sticky bits all gone. Thomas and his colleague came to our house to assess the job, which was the repair and restoration of a tiled porch area. They gave me an estimate within a few days and a date was found for the work. The job was done quickly and efficiently and with very little mess or inconvenience. Unfortunately there was a flaw in the work, through no fault of there own, I contacted them and they agreed it wasn't quite right. When a suitable date was found to redo the work Thomas returned , stripped off the sealer and applied a different product. It was dry and ready to walk on within a couple of hours. It is now a couple of weeks later and the floor is looking terrific. I definetly recommend these guys wholeheartedly. When you are dealing with tiled floors that are nearly 100 years old it is quite a task to get them looking great, but Thomas did a great job.

I am sorry I am so late in providing my feedback. I think it was November that Thomas came to clean up my shower. He did a fantastic job from start to finish. He responded to my initial query within 24 hours.I sent him photographs and he came back with a quote instantly. He arrived on time as planned and worked away all morning. He was completely compliant with all Covid safety precautions. He left the shower like new. All the tiles beautifully cleaned and the grouting replaced as required. It was all sealed and has been easy to keep clean since then following Thomas' advice. Thomas was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I enthusiastically recommend him to you.

Floor came up beautifully, like new apart from 3 marks made by moving of heavy chair. Thomas said he could grind it out but we didn’t do this. I told Thomas that a chair would cover it but perhaps I should have let him do this as it would then be completely unmarked. My fault- Thomas did offer. Could this still be done ? i was very pleased with the service provided, thomas contacted me promptly,he turned up bang on time with steven, and the work was completed within 3 hours and to a great standard. I was worried that the grotty sealant around the bottom of the shower would be a problem, but not at all, it was all cut out and the finished result looks great. Really pleased with the price and service, i suppose time will tell how it stands up, but i am satisfied that if i need it redone, i only have to give thomas a ring and he will sort it. Steven contacted me quickly and we booked my job in. My slate kitchen floors grout was discoloured so we agreed they would clean and stain the grout. Thomas came and carried out the work, he was excellent very happy with he work and his attitude was first class. Would highly recommend.

I was very impressed with Thomas's attitude and liked his manner. He was sure he would be able to take the resin/polyurethane off our stone flagged hall floor but when he and Stephen arrived the job was too much for them. They told us they tried as many as 9 different chemicals to remove something that had been applied many years before. Their attempt left our hall floor in more of a mess than it had been! They refused payment and left. Fortunately for us we found another firm who were familiar with the substance and had dealt with the problem in the past. In only one day the stone was restored to its original colour and patina. I would suggest that Thomas somehow finds out what the product was that was used. We were told that for a while a company were going around Edinburgh applying this horrible substance to the original stone floors. The company we eventually found had found the correct chemical to remove the stuff.
