I contacted Paul Wales at the Tile Doctor to return to life a Fume Emparador marble floor that had been in-situ during a full house renovation. Paul was excellent and really easy to deal with. I did not actually use Paul & Zoe Wales as I was passed on to another company, nearer to me, I believe, which I did not use. I was passed to Julian in Cardiff. He came very quickly to look at the work I was requesting, we discussed what I expected and what he could do, and I agreed his quote.

We bought a house where the terracotta tiles on the kitchen floor were dull and grubby. Paul and Zoe did a fantastic job in cleaning and sealing them. The floor looks like it's just been laid.
