I cannot recommend tile doctor more - quick efficient service - beautiful result our kitchen floor has been transformed- the granite was so dirty in the main areas and it looks like new - Stewart could not be more helpful. Highly recommended.

I had a granite fireplace with a water stain sized 4x4. The tile doctor said to try stone oil which I purchased from them and after 2 coats it brought the colour vack. Thank you so much for all if your help.

The work Charles did for us in our small chapel was outstanding and the result was more than we could have hoped for…gleaming tiles and nourished woodwork with advice on how to maintain and keep the good condition Charles left it in.
The enthusiasm for the job and therefore the result was infectious and it was a delight to meet Charles and see him at work…which he did with gusto! I couldn’t recommend him and the team more highly.

We had a Cornish slate tiled floor in our kitchen thy we were renovating and had considered taking it up and laying a new floor. But I rang Charles and he described what he could do and the results were fantastic in fact I do believe it’s better than when it first went down some 15 years ago.

Stuart did a brilliant job on our tiled floors which now look better than I thought they could! The travertine and terracotta floors look as good as when they were laid. Stuart took a lot of trouble to match grout colour and to remedy any defects due to wear and tear. I would definitely recommend Tile Doctor and will contact them for any future work. We had very dirty travertine floor tiles and was just about to get new porcelain tiles when we saw the ‘tile doctor’. A very quick response to our enquiry and the work of cleaning started almost immediately. Charles came and quoted and oversaw all the work and our floor is now like brand new travertine. We are so happy with it. Charles and the team were so efficient and caring with minimal dirt or dust they completed the job. We would definitely recommend them for all flooring work inside or out.

I am not sure why it took so long to be contacted following our initial enquiry. It was then Charles rather than Stuart who contacted us, so perhaps we are on the Dorset/Hampshire border. We were surprised when Stuart arrived as we thought Charles would be doing the floor. So, some communication issues!
Stuart was great though, very professional and kept us well informed about the process on the day and we are delighted with the floor. Thank you very much. It is a shame though that some of the paint on the skirting board and plinth has lifted as a result of the treatment. I didn't notice this at first. I also wondered about the costings as £500 seems rather steep for one guy for one day even when taking materials in to account. Overall though we are pleased we had it done and our 120 year old floor looks very fine considering her age. I would welcome some feedback on my feedback. Thank you :-)

The two men that came out to complete the work were friendly, courteous and very pleasant to have around. They worked incredibly hard all day and completed the work to an excellent standard.

Quote said walls etc masked before work carried out. This didn't happen which left a lot of cleaning for us to do. There were difficulties getting the original sealant off which resulted in a further visit. The overall effect was better but a few tiles were still patchy

The work was not completed on the visit of the Tile Doctor as the stain was more severe than expected but they came back with more aggressive polishing equipment and did a great job. I don't think anyone could have done the work better.

I am over the moon with the transformation of my tiled kitchen floor. It now looks like I have had a complete new floor fitted, amazing when we were on the verge of putting Lino over the top of these tiles!
