Having recently moved into a property with a tired, dull and worn reclaimed Norfolk Pamment Tiled Kitchen Floor, we enlisted the help of Nick and Sally to restore it to its former glory. With a lot of hard work over two days, they painstakingly worked to bring this back to life and we couldn't be happier with the results. Our Kitchen now looks beautiful. We have a travertine floor in our hallway, kitchen, utility and loo which was looking dull with cracks and holes developing. Nick responded the same day to my initial email and was able to provide a quote give the measurements of the rooms and a couple of photos. We were happy with the quote ane Nick and Sally arrived as booked. The work on the floor is first class - it has never looked as good - a lovely soft sheen with all holes and cracks filled. There was no marking or damage to surrounding structures such as skirting and kitchen units. We felt confident throughout because of the professionalism, expertise and experience they showed. It was explained very clearly how the tiles were going to be cleaned. They turned up bang on the time stated which is always a good sign. A very thorough cleaning job was done and it showed that they had a lot of experience and knowledge. From point of contact which was very efficient after contacting Tile Doctor online Nick contacted me & arranged to view property to estimate for work. Nick & Sally arrived promptly and were at all times poised, polished and professional but very friendly and assured me at all times of their knowledge and confidence in their product at all times.
I would highly recommend them and would most certainly use them again which I will in order to repeat the sealant in 2 to 3 years time.
In this day and age of many unprofessional companies and personnel it's always a pleasure to meet and deal with like minded people who clearly are passionate about what they do ... I personally find in this day & age it's a dying art!

Nick did an brilliant job of removing the stains ingrained in our kitchen pamment tils and the sealant coats look great. Would definitely recommend to other people

Prompt, professional and a joy to deal with. I shall try and avoid damaging tiles in future but Nick did a fabulous job - the cracks have vanished on our limestone floor and also a lovely job of restoring slate tiles in our porch. Nick White and his partner did a thorough job with our floor, removing old varnish, dirt and efflorescence and leaving a good finish. All work was completed within 2 days.
