We are very pleased with the results of having our terracotta tile floor cleaned and resealed. We have a large area of tiles of two different types of terracotta. Kamilla was very professional, conscientious and worked hard to ensure we had a beautifully finished floor. We were kept informed about timings and potential issues that might arise so that we could plan accordingly.We could not be happier with the finished result and enjoyed having such a pleasant and efficient person to deal with.

Within hours of sending in an enquiry on the tile doctor website I was contacted to say that the local rep would be in touch. Within another couple of hours, Kamila got in touch. Right from the start Kamila was accommodating to suit my needs, carrying out a trial 'out of hours' to suit me. Her communication was fantastic, regularly keeping me updated. She is a lovely lady who is trustworthy. I had to leave Kamila a few times and she locked up and posted the key as agreed. I am extremely pleased with the results of my refurbished quarry tiled floor, I never thought it would come up as well as it has done.

She was professional, helpful and determined to get the bathrooms thoroughly cleaned, all mould removed and in as pristine a condition as possible. She achieved this. Kamila responded to my request the next day after my initial enquiry. Made an appointment to come and test the kitchen space. I was thrilled with what I saw. Kamila was delightful. Explained the process to me. Gave me a quote by text. I agreed and organised a date to be done. I had to order the products which was taken off the final bill. Kamila came, took two days and I can honestly say the results were amazing and I would definitely recommend Kamila as your tile doctor, she was courteous, knew her product and understood my limestone flooring and got on with job. Kamila, arrived at the arranged appointment time. She fully explained the process she was going to carry out and then carried out the work to an excellent standard. Our bathroom tiled floor was restored back t its original condition with all cracked and missing grout both fully restored to the original finish and colour. The worn silicon sealant around our shower cubicle was removed before being replaced with new sealant. The same process was also carried out around the edges of the floor and wall joints. Our bathroom floor now looks like new again. Kamila explained how to maintain the finish and look prior to leaving. It was a refreshing experience to have a trades person working so efficiently and to such a high standard whilst also respecting your property. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kamila for future works.

Second time had Limestone floor restored, cleaned & sealed, the first time was 3 years ago. Great job done then by Simon Bywater. This time Kamila did a really professional job on the kitchen limestone floor. . . .
A bit more expensive this time, but a good job was done. Have left instructions for her to contact me in 12 months time for annual maintenance on the same floor, hopefully to prevent restoration being required! Highly recommend the service.

I cannot recommend Kamila highly enough. I first contacted Tile Doctor through the website by email. Within 2 hours I had sent photos and size of the floor I needed cleaning and spoken to Kamila with what I required. She emailed a quote and arranged a date for the work to be done. My floor has now been cleaned and the grout re-coloured and sealed. My floor looks as though it has just been newly laid. I am absolutely delighted with the results. The tile doctor worked tirelessly to remove the patchy sealer that was spoiling the appearance of my new quarry tiles. Kamilla even worked late on Saturday to complete the job. I contacted Kamila as I’ve recently moved to a new house and wanted my bathroom floor tiles cleaning/polishing. It was obvious that the previous owner hadn’t used the right products on them as they looked dull. Kamila arrived on time and got straight to work, she is a lovely person and very professional. Kamila deep cleaned and sealed our hallway and dining room last year. Just days later, we held a party and a red wine was spilled, it wiped up easily without leaving a mark. Wonderful. As Christmas is approach ng I thought it best to do a reseal in case of any more spills. Kamila is lovely and does a very professional job. Would absolutely recommend.

The lady who renovated the tiles represented the company in a professional way and was very respectful of my home and the work carried out far exceeded my expectations.
