drian and Max are probably the nicest tradesmen I've used for a long time, nothing was too much trouble and even though we had some issues with the grouting breaking up they managed to fix it with no drama, the marble floor looks better now than when it was installed 9 years ago and I would recommend them to my friends. I have recently had my kitchen and dining room slate floors cleaned and waxed by Adrian. Unfortunately due to the floor base, I wasn't able to have the sealed floor shine I really wanted. However Adrian spent day and a half waxing the floors which have given them a new lease of life. Very professional and hard working. Also provided great information on how to maintain the tiles. Would highly recommend.

Max and Kev worked on our tiled Edwardian floor on the first day, digging out some stone so it could be tiled over, replacing the cracked and broken tiles, fixing the loose ones back down, grouting them in and cleaning them - and keeping mess to a minimum whilst doing so. Next day Adrian applied three coats of sealant. Looks great - we're really pleased with the result. Worth the money (reasonable price too I thought) to have our porch and hall looking fab once more. Thoroughly recommended!

I had been let down by another company and had searched for a long time to find a company that were both experienced and expert in restoration of Victorian tiles, along with being reasonably priced. Having moved into our home 2 years ago we had been thinking of giving our Victorian floor a new lease of life. Having spent considerable time researching different people we eventually settled on Tile Doctor. The reviews speak for themselves, as does the quality of the work. Adrian spent 2 days removing several layers of sealer and wax which had accumulated over many many years, replacing some tiles that had been removed during some poor repair work and sealing the whole floor. Due to no Damp Proof Membrane he applied a sealer which would allow the floor to breathe. The result is a stunning floor which maintains the century old charm as well as the desirable characteristic of a nice satin lustre. Adrian was extremely professional and completed all aspects of the job with the skill and professionalism that only comes with having done this successfully so many times. I really cannot recommend this service enough to those who wish to maintain the history and charm of their home.

I messaged Adrian a video of my floor requesting numerous quotes. He responded to me promptly and explained to me my options. He sourced tiles to match the ones I had based on this video to replace the broken nes and the ones missing where the concrete patch was. This only required the initial video. Adrian and Max repaired and completed my floor, cleaned it up and sealed it so it would sustain its renewed condition. After seeing how lovely they both were with my dog, I was happy to leave them with a key over the three days that they were back and forth, for me to go to work. Adrian was very honest about the price and changing circumstances, refunding me ยฃ100 as the ground conditions were too damp for gloss. However I have been assured they can return in the warmer months if I would like this. Both Adrian and Max were personable, helpful, professional, honest and efficient and I would definitely use them again. Thanks both.

Adrian came and cleaned the floor, returning two days later to seal it. Unfortunately the floor was still holding moisture. Although he had made the second journey, his experience and honesty was to tell us t at to seal it there and then would not give us the result we wanted, and therefore at his own expense he made a third journey a week later to seal it. Again, the floor was holding moisture, adrain showed us the moisture reading and we could see the colour difference. After discussing the options we have taken his advise and will leave the sealing process until next spring. Adrain treated the floor before leaving. We wanted a shine finish seal and are grateful to adrain for his honest opinion. We are happy to wait for the finished floor that adrain knows we would like. It is a hundred year old floor and without modern DPC it was always a risk that problems like this may occur. Thank you adrain for your professionalism and look forward to seeing you next year.

I am absolutely delighted with the work of Adrian and his team. I have an Indian slate floor in my kitchen/diner which had a build up of polish and looked very dull, with scratch marks in the polish. After 4 d ys of very hard work, the floor has been restored to its original condition. Adrian and his team are very professional, friendly and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending them most highly. I have already booked them to clean my large terrace in the spring.

Great service from Adrian and his team. Quoted quickly, came out to do a test patch to listen to what I wanted and show me what could be achieved. Problems came to light that made the job trickier than first qoted for, but the team sorted them out quickly and at no extra cost. Adrian and team replaced broken tiles and colour matched the victorian tils perfectly. Professional, tidy and all through gave advice on upkeep moving forward. The floor now looks amazing, a real asset to the house. Would defo. recommend without a shadow of doubt.

Adrian did a fantastic job, both with the tiling in the bathroom and the Victorian tiles in the hallway, by extending the pattern. Adrian's work as you walk into the house, make the house. We are very pleased with the quality of workmanship but also the service received (further advice, how to look after the tiles, several visits to ensure everything was ok etc). Our floor was a deceptively difficult case. The previous owners had put on some sort of damp sealant that had diffused into the stone. Adrian had to work much harder than expected to remove it. Throughout the rocess, the team kept us informed, turned up when they said they would and left things clean when they left. Excellent service all through.
