Tile doctor Did an excellent job and would recommend them without fail

I am from Colchester and had recently contracted a local company to install Terracotta tiles in my newly built dining room. The local company advertised their services as a specialist company, however, despite paying for premium services, the final result was a disaster. I had grout haze all over my tiles which killed their natural beauty. After discussing with the company who tried to convince me that the result achieved was the expected one, clearly refusing to acknowledge their poor workmanship, I came across Tile Doctor. I contacted them desperated and they promptly got back to me. Our local tile doctors, Bruce and Dean were phenomenal and not only responded quickly but also provided careful advice. The work carried out by Dean was spotless and the floor is as per my initial expectations. I cannot thank you enough!!!

Dean did an excellent job of getting the mould off my bathroom tiles and re-grouting them. It's like having a new bathroom! I'm very grateful and would highly recommend North Essex Tile doctor.

My shabby patchy quarry tile floor has been seamlessly repaired and looks like it has not had the 80 to 100 years of mistreatment. The work was conducted in a neat clean fashion, each evening there was no mess and the room was useable. The men worked in a busy area of our house and coped with us flapping around. We are both very please with the work and price.

Dean did a great job cleaning and re-sealing my hallway floor. Dog wee stains all gone! He also fixed a couple of other problems when I asked . Lovely chap thoroughly recommend

What a great find they proved to be. Dean and Bruce worked extremely hard to repair some cracked tiles, and completely restore our extensive, slate floor. The finish was absolutely superb, and it now looks as good as new. Two consummate professionals who were on time, polite and tireless in their effort to complete the job within a couple of days. I would completely recommend this company; we are extremely happy customers.
