Barry and Jack did an excellent job on our tired, filthy, cream-coloured kitchen tiles (or rather, they used to be cream, but had become somewhat brown, despite our best efforts with mop and bucket!). I was actually quite worried for Barry who seemed to spend most of the day on his knees scrubbing the floor which must have been exhausting! Remind me never to become a Tile Doctor as it is very hard work! At the end of the day our floor was white/cream again, the grout was restored to its original shade, and we were delighted Money well spent.

Jack responded on the same day and recommended Barry to sort out our issue. And boy bid he do so! Barry arrived and was confonted by some indelible staining on our brand new porcelain tiles, caused by fertiliser run off. I had tried loads of products to try and clean them but nothing worked. Barry on the other hand got stright to it with some magic jollop and some hard scrubbing and within 40 minutes had removed the offending stains completley! I was blown away by his hard work and diligence. Superb service that I would highly recommend to anyone.

We are very happy with the service provided by Tile Doctor. Jack visited to take a look at our floor and quote was provided soon after. We arranged a day for the work to take place and Jack arrived promptly at 9am, explained the process and then got started. The results were amazing our porcelain tiled floor looks good as new. We will definitely use again.

What we were expecting from the Tile Doctor process was to have our quarry tiled kitchen floor deep-cleaned and restored to an 'as new' condition.
This was not what happened.
After the treatment process had been completed what we were left with was a beautifully restored, 25 year old quarry-tiled floor that had had its provenance revisited and updated and looked absolutely brilliant with a deep shine and thoroughly cleaned and protected.
Classic job done by two top professionals.

Despite finding only a part delivery of products had been received when opening the box (order 55085), Jack used some of the stock in his car to ensure the job could be done that day. He worked very hard and the floor now looks amazing. Had he not had the products with him, the job would have had to be rescheduled until the end of April - over 2 months away!
The welsh slate floor is now looking like new, however, in our opinion, a rather high charge (total just under £450!) for one day's work and products!

The chaps did a great job. They were extremely clean and tidy and moved all the garden furniture and replaced it when the job was finished. I would not hesitate to recommend them- worked a miracle on the stones around my swimming pool.

Our tilers were Jack and Danny. We had a very awkward place the downstairs loo, with Fired Earth Antique Terracotta tiles breaking up. They removed the broken up ones and re[placed them, which is no easy thing to do as they are nearly an inch thick.They did a brilliant job and I told them we would heartily recommend them. They also replaced some missing skirting board. and hoovered and cleaned up. A very nice couple of men.Thank You

An excellent service. Obviously knowledgable, turning up promptly each day and working hard to get the job done. At the first consultation and on the assessment of the floor they were honest about what could realistically be achieved with some of the dirtier / more damaged tiles. Even these came up better than expected and the overall finish was excellent. Very pleased with the end result and would highly recommend.
