Very impressed, polite & professional. All the kitchen, utility & boot room areas fully prepped first to ensure no splashes or damage to any furniture or fixtures & fittings. Marble floor looks like new even area of heavy usage behind kitchen island. We are very pleased, thankyou.

Jon came to our house to assess the the flags, he was quick and clear with his opinion of how they would turn out after the treatment. His professional opinion was very precise. Jon and his colleague spent a full day making the cellar quarry tiles as new. They were very polite and professional and the quality of the work produced was excellent. I contacted Jon after I found his website online. I was very impressed with the before and after pictures of previous projects. My terracotta tiles had been down 27 years, they were unsealed so very dull and grubby and no amount of washing could make them look nice. I was desperate to get them looking good with a lovely shine. Jon and Matt came very promptly to assess the job and, after testing the cleaning products on several areas assured me that they could do a really transformative job. They came this week. I am absolutely delighted with the work Jon has done.
We had some original Minton Victorian tiles which were in good condition but needed a really good clean and polish.
Jon came and did a patch test first to give me an idea of how they would look, then he got back to me within a couple of hours with a price and we booked him in.

Jon provided us with a no obligation quotation & patch tested a small area of the tiles to demonstrate how good the cleaning product was. We were so impressed, we booked straight away. On the day, Jon & Matt pre prepared the tiles for cleaning and sealed certain areas to stop water seeping through some small gaps. They talked us through what they were going to do, then set to work. They worked tirelessly until the tiles were sparkly clean. Thank you gentlemen for a job well done! Cleaning of stone fireplace/hearth:
Jon was very friendly and reliable. The stone was hard to clean but did lighten slightly, not as much as I would have liked, but there are years of black soot on it. He gave it his best shot but outcome not as good as I expected, but it is 200 year old plus some!
