The job was a small one. Less than five square meters of long-neglected tiles in an awkward L-shaped entrance hall. Bill Bailey could easily have said that there wasn't much that he was going to be able to do about it. Bill came to our rescue after our cleaner accidentally bleached our encaustic tiles. Fired Earth told me they would have to be replaced, but thankfully Bill and his team used their experience to restore them t almost perfection (he had warned me that there could be some patches still visible) but to the untrained eye they are as good as invisible, and it has saved us ripping up the whole kitchen, which we are really pleased about - thank you Bill

Two difficult jobs completed to my satisfaction and a high standard. The quarry tiles didn't take the shine seal very well initially but application of a few extra coats solved the problem.
The White Amtico floor defeated my attempts at cleaning but Bill Bailey produced an excellent result with which I am very pleased.

All the marks have been removed and tiles now have a matt finish with shading and I wonder if I should use a colour intensifier to bring out the stone colour and I will email to check. I was happy with Bill Bailey's work at the time but the end result has been disappointing as the shine I was hoping to achieve never happened and now the floor is almost completely mat. We would recommend Bill Bailey. We have a 10 year old limestone kitchen floor which was stained and dark. It took 3 days, he paid attention to the detail, and did a thoroughly good job. A nice man, cheerful at all times and always returned our calls when setting up the project. Our floor is now almost back to new and the big bleach stain beside the washing machine has finally gone. Not a lot could be done with the original badly done grout though.

This was a very difficult job for the Tile doctor. I purchased my house a few years ago and inherited very dirty tiles around my indoor swimming pool. The non slip tiles were ingrained with limescale and general dirt and I had tried everything to try to clean them to no avail.
Bailieys Specialist Cleaning and Restoration Ltd spent 4 hours initially assessing the tiles by testing on the most filthy. After 3 days of intensive work the tiles are looking much better and I'm pleased with the results. The tiles are not back to "Brand New" state but very close to it. The team were courteous, efficient and very hard working. They are perfectionists and were frustrated when some of the tiles could not be brought back to as new but a fantastic job was done.

Bill has done a brilliant job on my 80 plus year old terracotta kitchen floor tiles. They were ingrained with decades of filth, that no amount of me scrubbing and steaming would shift.
The old cement grout had crumbled to dust in many places and my two big slobbery dogs just added to the problem of the floor absorbing everything.
After two days' diligent and professional work, in extremely hot conditions due to a heat wave, the floor looks lovely! Best of all will hopefully stay that way now. Thank you!

the service i received has been first class on the work that has been carried out so far. I have asked the company to carry out more work over the estate on the walk ways and other areas the guys are polite helpfull they get on well with the residents/owners they are clean and tidy and the prices are very competitive. i would not hesitate to recomend or use the company again.

Our new tiles where not laided and cleaned by the tile fitter. So we where realy upset was the finish. Bill was at the house for two days, cleaning polishing and sealing the floor. We are now extreamly happy with our floor. So thank you Bill. He also gave us tips on how to keep the floor looking it best.

I could not believe how most of the quarry tile floor looked as good as new and especially that the grouting looked the original colour in most of the floor. The seal was matt and to my liking. Bill worked hard all day on the floor and was cheerful and professional throughout. He did warn me at lunch time that the area of tiling near where the previous tenant's oven had been might not be so easy to restore, which proved to be the case with the grouting remaining more grey than the grouting elsewhere that appeared cream/whitish.
On reflection, I would have liked the option of getting the grouting replaced in the areas where it remained greyish alt but that is not what I had asked Bill to do ie his brief was to clean and seal the tiles and grouting, which I feel he did with success considering how old and tired the floor had been when he arrived. Thanks Bill.

I have been very impressed with the all round service provided from the Tile Doctor. After completing the form on line I was informed Bill Bailey would be contacting me. The following day he phoned and we agreed a time for him to visit. Bill arrived promptly at the agreed time and having looked in detail at the floor explained the various options available to restore my old Edwardian tiled hallway to its former glory. We agreed on a price and a date. The work took place on a Monday and Friday mornings. Bill explained the importance of ensuring the floor was totally dry before sealing took place, hence the gap between the two days. As I watched Bill unload his different machines and recognised a professional at work I was thankful I had been dissuaded from doing it myself.
I now have a lovely clean sealed tiled floor. Bill was informative and good company as well as efficient and always on time. I would definitely recommend him to others.
The whole experience has been very positive.

I would certainly recommend Bill Bailey, the victorian tiles in my hallway were dull and grubby from years of wear but after treatment they look brilliant. The work has transformed my hallway and everyone is noticing and commenting how good it looks. The job was done quickly and efficiently, I wish I'd had it done ages ago.
