Very accommodating and helpful. This was the first time we were having our (marble) floors polished so perhaps we were expecting too much, but there was only a slight improvement on the shine after polishing.

Rupert was quick to respond to my enquiry, and visited within a week of my initial contact - quote came back the same day, and we were able to get something booked in shortly after. We were away when Rupert visited to do the work, but when we eventually returned home we walked in to what looked like a new floor. Very happy with the work, and would highly recommend.

Hugh worked hard to revive our limestone flags which he achieved but sadly during the process he damaged the base of our kitchen cabinets and also left a bottle of chemical on our table which removed the finis. . .
from the table. So in summary he did a good job on the tiles but did some damage in the process.

We had our terracotta floor tiles restored by Rupert who was courtesy, efficient and very clean. Considering the age and years of grim I was very surprised at the result after two days of cleaning both tiles and grouting. The floor looks great! I would definitely recommend the Tile Doctor.
