Chris was very thorough with the initial investigation of the area to be treated and kept me informed of all the options before deciding on the remedial treatment to remove a poor sealant from slate paving slabs. He did a good job on the days and again was very informative on ways to maintain the paving. He has also offered to drop in and touch up a snag area which I really appreciate. Chris did an amazing job. He worked long hours to ensure we weren't inconvenienced and he communicated his progress with us throughout the job. He was patient and flexible with arranging (and rearranging) the dates for the work, and was a thoroughly nice guy to deal with from the first contact. We would happily use him again, and would not hesitate to recommend him.
