I am so happy with the work that Chris did, it has completely transformed my bathroom and looks brand new. Chris went above and beyond even removing mould from where the shower screen meets the bath. He was happy to rearrange when I had to cancel at short notice due to being stuck abroad with the air traffic control issues, and he managed to get us booked back in quickly. I would thoroughly recommend him.

Chris did a terrific job with our Victorian floor. We wanted it protected and repaired and it looks fantastic. Chris put a great deal of care and professional service, he was clearly explained the limits to what can be done with a 120year old uneven floor, for example what tiles can’t be replaced. Chris Allen did a very thorough job and worked very hard. Our problem was salts coming through the tiles and he fixed this perfectly. Generally, we are happy with the work done, but disappointed that it has taken so long for the sealing process to complete. 4 days on and our hall floor is still tacky. As we have to use the hall to access our lounge and upstairs, we cannot avoid the hall, so the result is lifting of some of the seal, unavoidable marks and a less than uniform finish. Suggest that Tile Doctor need to make sure that customers are advised of this risk before work is undertaken.
