Daniel provided us with an excellent service for our old quarry tile kitchen floor. The floor had not been cleaned and sealed for over 35 years at least and the result was way beyond our expectations. I think Daniel did a good job. He came and re-epoxied the wetroom tiles as well as clean them. He then removed old sealant and replaced it in the wetroom. Daniel also applied Silicone to a basin area in a secondary bathroom. The wetroom tiles look really nice. Unfortunately I had to contact Daniel again a day later to deal with a more stubborn stain that I had expected to be removed. Additionally, the sealant in the secondary bathroom showed cracks after a day. Daniel did come back the next week, after researching what he could use on the stain, and treated it with an acid. The stain was removed. Daniel also diagnosed that the sealant didn't cure properly as he thought there might be moisture in the gap. He dealt with that and rectified the problem. I would give him excellent rating had we not had to call him back out. Saying that, Daniel was willing to come out and rectify the situation the following week.

Daniel was very thorough in talking through the work I wanted done and clarifying what would be possible and what would look good. Work was completed to a high standard and we will be using his services again soon to complete more repairs to our tiles and grouting.
