Kevin was great, he responded quickly, provided a clear and very reasonable quote. The work was done to a very high standard and he was very flexible to fit in with our movements in and out of the house. Some parts took a bit longer than planned, but he carried all this out too. Kevin’s communication was always very efficient and thorough, be that in providing the quote and details of the treatment beforehand, or in explaining the process as he tackled it, or in giving instructions and advice for the aftercare of the tiles. With various products and possible methods at his disposal, he gave great thought to how he could create the best possible outcome, given the specific types of tile he was working with. From start to finish, contact and communication with Tile Doctor has been straightforward and easy. Kevin explained in detail what renovating my Indian slate floor would require and consulted me on each step of the process. The work has been carried out in an extremely efficient and thorough manner. Kevin obviously knows his stuff! I was really impressed with the professionalism of Kevin during the job. He contacted me quickly and we discussed the job that I needed to be undertaken. He contacted me the day before to remind me what time he was arriving and did so on the day.
His work on the actual day was excellent. He was tidy and pleasant to have in the house and explained what he was doing during the work itself - which was very much appreciated!

Absolutely amazing craftsmanship. I asked for the tiles to be preserved with their characteristics ather than 'repaired' and he did exactly that. They somehow look brand new while still showing their story from the day they were laid. He has cleaned them up beyond expectation and protected them for 100s of years to come!

I would recommend Kevin Parry to anyone. He assessed the work to be done, he explained clearly what he was going to do & completed the job in a clean & efficient manner. The bathroom now looks as good as new.
