The job over run and in hindsight should have completed a single room first.
That said Marcus is a top guy who persevered until the job was done.
I will use Marcus again.
The reason I selected 'OK' not 'excellent' to work carried out is because the end result was not quite right but this was not Marcus's fault.

I had spent a lot of money on beautiful slate, although they were laid sometime ago, they were never looking good, there was always a chalky residue. Since Marcus did the cleaning and sealing they look incredible.

Marcus was very polite and courteous. We are happy with our cleaned and polished floor and wall tiles. Our reservation is with the grouting; we expected this to be cleaned to a uniform colour; perhaps this was not possible but we have been left with a mixture of very dark, grey and very light grouting where it had to be replaced - the replacement grouting is very obvious. This may in time fade, but with the sealing on top this is perhaps unlikely.

Very helpful and informative about my original victorian hall quarry tiles.. alot of cleaning up needed which was successful... although the result is that I need now to scrub clean the skirting boards resulting from the splattered cleaning of the floor... sticky residue on the skirting and into hall cupboard floor (larder)
I am surprised that the final result is a already matt finish now that we are walking on the floor (and the product has rubbed off onto the soles of our socks when we walk in socks) We barely walked on the floor for four days following the job.. and only in socks.
Please send me urgent trial products to give my floor a regular clean and shine.
i need further advice about maintaining the floor and regular cleaning methods/ordinary washing. And whether a shine can be achieved? Mr Smith did mention your products such as floor wax for this and was helpful about not using ordinary floor wash products (alkali or acid) but I cant remember the details.. I am sure

I come across many services that don't live up to their advertising and my expectations, this is not that case. From the initial enquiry to the end job I cannot fault the service I received from Tile Doctor. Marcus Smith the specialist assigned to our job did an amazing job restoring our marble floor. The whole process ran extremely smoothly from the initial phone call to the site survey to the booking. We had a nightmare with this floor from day one, where water marks ruined the look of the floor. We spent a small fortune on the marble tiles and it was killing us to see them get ruined on a daily basis. Marcus is very professional and knowledgeable and gave us advice on how we should look after this type of flooring. He is very tidy, courteous and I would highly recommend him. We are extremely happy with the end product as Marcus has brought the floor back to its original state. Thank you Tile Doctor.

The condition of the limestone floor in our new house looked challenging but Marcus was very reassuring and explained clearly the processes he would be using to return it to a beautiful finish. He was very accommodating in fitting in the work in a narrow time frame which we appreciated greatly. I was impressed with the work carried out by Marcus. He was punctual, thorough and careful in his work. He was willing to move heavy furniture and covered other items carefully. Only disappointment was that not all the grout between the tiles came up as clean as the tiles themselves.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Marcus to other people.
