Warren did an excellent job of bringing the slate tiles in our house back to their formal glory. I don't think they had been cleaned or resealed for years. They were filthy. It's a pleasure to be able to walk on them without having to clean the underneath of our shoes. Highly recommend Warren and the price was very reasonable.

Warren provided excellent service. He was professional, friendly and super knowledgeable. Warren was very accommodating and slotted us in last minute. He restored my tiles, that had been etched with an acidic product, to a high quality standard. Highly recommendable. He also provided really good advice for the future which was really the extra mile in his service.

Warrens communication was excellent from the start and informed me of what would happen at every step of the process.
He was always courteous and on time. The stains that needed removing were extremely suborn with pieces of inside some of the natural pours of the stone tiles, to remove this required a considerable section of the floor to be tile ground out.
despite all this work you would never notice that anything had happened to the tiles and they blended back in with the floor perfectly.
The work area was also kept spotless during the process. I would highly recommend Warren to anyone needing this service.

Warren has been absolutely amazing. He got back in touch soon after me submitting a request and soon arranged for a home visit.
We felt instantly at ease with Warren's experience and guidance and trusted his judgement from day one in terms of sorting out our bathroom floor
For context, we've only recently had a new floor laid but the end result was a huge disappointment. The plumber had left us with an adhesive stained floor which looked old rather than new.
Warren spent the day cleaning and sealing the floor, meaning we could finally complete our bathroom reservation.
We couldnt be happier with the end result and Warren's professionalism and experience shines through and hes got such a lovely energy. We'd 100% recommend.

It was a real pleasure having Warren here to advise,clean and seal my original slate flagstones and victorian tiles. They were an unexpected find under carpet and I did not have the first clue what to do or not do but Warren explained everything in a way I understood and I felt very comfortable leaving my flooring in his care. Warren is so friendly, and genuine. He put me at ease straight away and after 1 visit, I felt like I'd known him for ages. The flagstones are still drying but already look 100 times better and my victorian tiles look as good as new. Warren carefully repaired a couple that were broken and mixed a matching shade of red to paint the concrete strip under the back door. I would not hesitate to recommend Warren.

Warren is incredibly passionate about his work, and extremely knowledgeable. He ensured we had all the information we needed to make informed decisions about how the floor was tackled. He went above and beyond while working on our extensive terrazzo hallway, always considering our specific requirements and budget. Warren is wonderfully polite, friendly and considerate, and became part of the family during his time working on our floor! The work was carried out with no mess, and all surrounding areas were protected, and he transformed our dirty, cracked, dull terrazzo into a smooth, shiny, original feature of our home.
