I was extremely impressed with the service from start to finish. Our tiles were the original ones from when the house was built and were looking very tatty. I had tried various ways to clean them myself but with no success so I was not very hopeful. The finished result was remarkable and now my tiles are the envy of all of my friends. Steve was really friendly, honest and professional and I recommend him without reservation.

My floor had been down ten years and was definitely looking past its best. I found The Tile Doctor on the internet and left an enquiry. Steve came to look at the job and demonstrated the finish that he could achieve. He came on a mutually agreed date on time and completed the job efficiently and effectively. Steve did a very large area of slate and York stone tiles (over 100m2) across several rooms in our barn. They had been down many years and the previous owners had dogs, and had carpeted over some areas, leaving lines due to different levels of light exposure. The previous seal was long since gone. Plus, we had recently renovated the house so the tiles also had patches of plaster and building dust embedded. Steve was prompt to provide an estimate and the work took 5 days in total, completed whilst we were away on holiday. The finished work is excellent and of a very high standard, adding many years to the life of the floor. The tiles are very clean, the natural colours in the slate and stone have been revealed, and wear/light exposure marks were eradicated. Overall the floor has been transformed into a real feature of the property, something we are now proud off (rather than apologising for!). many thanks Steve.

I was very pleased with the service I recieved. The terracotta tiles I had cleaned were very old and damaged and Steve was knowledgeable and realistic about the results that could be achieved. The only problem I have is my future dependency on Tile Dr in terms of floor cleaner - if I had known this I would have shopped around to see if another company used a different sealant which could be cleaned with a product more easily available.

Dear Steve, Just wanted to say how much we like our 'New' floor - the difference is almost unbelievable!!!
