The service overall was very good. However the bathroom ledge has already become marked and the shine has worn off in parts after just 6 weeks. The floor however has remained well shined and I'm hopeful this doesn't go same way as the ledge. May have to contact tile doctor to come back out and have a look at ledge to see if another treatment is needed.

Spencer achieved miracles in cleaning and restoring my badly stained limestone kitchen floor. To be honest, it’s never looked like this even when it was new! I’m absolutely delighted with it and it’s been commented on by friends and family as looking amazing. Spencer worked hard, arrived when he said he would and talked me through how to take care of the floor and gave me advice re cleaning and best product to use. I contacted tile doctor about about cleaning my marble floor, they contacted Spencer who was the tile doctor for my area he then contacted me promptly to make an appointment to view the work to be done. He turned up as promised and explained exactly what he would do and how much it would be costing me, a price was agreed and the time and date was arranged. Spencer turned up on time on the dates agreed to complete the work, the work was completed to a high standard and in the time promised, he was polite and knowledgeable about all the work, he restored the tiles to looking like new again, excellent job.

Our Terra cotta tiles in the kitchen are 25 years old. Grime had built up on the polish and we they weren't cleaning properly. We were thinking of replacing them with wood . I looked up various places on the web and settled on the Tile Doctor .Ponteland. Spencer came out to look at them . Sent me an estimate and we went from there. Can't put into words how good they have come up. We are so thankful we chose him . He's so professional and done a super job- they look as good as new after a few days of hard graft.

Spencer was incredibly helpful in both arranging a time do the work, then showing up promptly each morning, and working hard throughout each day. He left the area really clean, hoovering each night to make sure no trace was left. Our 20-year-old bathroom now looks like it was installed yesterday - a great result. I can't speak for other TileDoctor workers, but if they're as good as Spencer then you're in safe hands!
