I got a call back very quickly from Mal and had a long, detailed conversation with him about my predicament. Very helpful on the call then gave a second consultation that led me through what would happen to return my bathroom to it's original state.
Mal and his colleague turned up early to undertake the work. Were low maintenance to me and the house whilst present. Great communication throughout the procedure, no mess left and my bathroom literally was left looking like new.
To say I'm happy with the results is an understatement. I've no words. Can't recommend them highly enough and all my workmates know to call the tiledoctor if they have any issues in their addresses.

We asked Mal to resurface our 20 year old terracotta tiles in our conservatory, which had become porous and water stained. The finished result is a much better clean surface and the colour of the tiles is restored a lot.
What we appreciated was the care that Mal took to explain what he was doing and the patience he showed in getting the best result he could, even though this meant several visits. He and his son were a pleasure to meet and have working in the house.
