Excellent job! The ingrained dirt on the tiles on our bathroom floor was removed thoroughly and their appearance and texture is much better now after sealing. Jason communicated clearly his analysis of the issue, what he was doing to clean and improve the tiles and we also appreciated his advice on future care of the tiles.

We needed to have the grout in our new extension re-coloured because the tiling contractor got it wrong, and also change the colour in a steam room because we didn't fancy the finished tile job. Jason arrived hen he said he would, and put in a lot of hard work to sort out a considerable problem left by our tiling contractor. Before starting the job, he paid a few visits to do trial samples to make sure the grout colouring was the exact match we wanted. We have just used Jason to strip, clean and seal our antique travertine tiled kitchen floor which was laid in 2009. To be honest we thought it was beyond its best, but Jason did an amazing job and it looks as . . .

Our terracotta tile conservatory floor was water-stained and looked sad. Jason spent a day cleaning it, then a couple of days later once it was dry, came back to put 8 layers of polish. It looks great!

We first used Jason in 2015 to strip our tiled kitchen floor of all the old polish and then re-seal it. The result was just astounding. Jason's just been back to re-seal the floor again and has also s. . .
ripped the tile paint off our front door step and re-sealed this. Am delighted with the results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jason's work.

Jason arrived promptly at 8.30 and worked throughout the day until 6.40pm. Our bathroom tiles were dirty and discoloured. They are now white, clean and look very smart. Job done!

What a fantastic find. Kitchen company told us we would need to replace our wonderful, but tired kitchen floor. Jason from Tile Doctor came in and stripped the layers that had built up over the years an. . .
then treated it with the various range of treatments they have at their disposal. we now have a beautiful, vibrant and colourful floor of terracotta tiles that never fail to get admiring comments. It also saved us a fortune in replacement costs and took 2 days to complete. Will use him again for the basement floor. Extremely pleased with the wonderful job. I would recommend him/them to anyone.

ason did a fabulous job restoring the original encaustic tiles in my hallway, which had been covered in all sorts of decorators' grime by the previous owners before being hidden under cheap laminate flooring. He returned these wonderful tiles to their glorious best and they absolutely sing now. They draw an immediate "wow" from everyone who steps into the house. Couldn't be happier.

I can't fault the time and effort put in my Jason as he visited us three times to try and sort out our bathroom tiles. Unfortunately the finished product wasn't as expected as our tiles are still not clean and have a number of stains that weren't there before the cleaning started. It seems the cleaning products used just don't agree with our porcelain tiles.

Jason returned to add a second layer of seal as I required a little more shine. Also there was a dark area of grouting. However Jason returned and ensured everything was to my satisfaction. Nothing was too much trouble.
Very pleased. Would not have tiles cleaned again however as they are hand made and the method of cleaning was a little fierce for them.

Jason was quick to see the problem with discoloured white grout on a huge expanse of porcelain tiled floor throughout the entire ground floor of our house. He advised cleaning and colouring the grout which must have been an arduous task as there is an awful lot of tiles and therefore grout. Nonetheless he completed the task within 3 days (we left him the keys so he worked on his own) and came back on day 3 to a lovely clean floor with fresh looking grout. Absolutely professional and would not hesitate to recommend.

My house was chaotic and not really ready to have the hall floor done, as the builders were still here; but Jason was absolutely brilliant, and worked around them with good humour and good manners, and has done an excellent job on an old floor, not in the best condition. i would recommend him to anyone, as a very nice man and a very professional one.

I am delighted with the improvement in my kitchen floor and will no longer need to replace thanks to the great job done. I would however urge customers to read the terms and conditions on the work survey very carefully before going ahead. Although the bottom of my doors were masked off there was some damage to one where the cleaning chemical reacted with the doors protective varnish. As stated in the T&Cs this repair will be at my expense.
