To be honest, was very sceptical about how clean my tiles and grout lines would be using this service but was really pleasantly surprised. I have a large porcelain tile flooring area (circa 15m x 13m) + hallway + utility room. All the grout lines were filled with dirt. Jonathan came round, did the test which showed very good results and then spent the day cleaning the whole area. The tiles have effectively come up as new as they were laid, and this is the first time they have been cleaned in this way by a specialist cleaner in 7 years. Would definitely recommend Jonathan again without hesitation.

Jon contacted me promptly and carried out the work, which was to clean grout from bathroom tiled floor and also to clean grout in shower cubicle, and I was very pleased with the result. Earlier this year, I had asked him to clean grout from tiled surfaces of whole ground floor and he did a truly excellent job. I didn’t get to meet Jon in person but through the conversations we had on the phone I knew he was a professional. I emailed photos of the problem tiles and he responded very quickly with details of what nee ed to be done. I trusted him to let himself into my property and work his ‘magic’, which he certainly did. No sign of stains on bathroom tiles, and the big chip, spider looking crack in kitchen completely removed. I would recommend Jon for any tiling job. I am very fussy, I border on OCD when it comes to cleaning etc, but am more than happy with the work carried out. Excellent job- huge thanks to Jon.

Jonathan remembered that he visited us 8 years ago! He answered my texts quickly and gave lots of information about what he was doing and what we should do afterwards. It was a pleasure having him in the house, and it was also nice to get a little discount (due to quick drying weather) as the procedure IS expensive, although at the same time, I know that it completely transforms the floor.

As part of a kitchen renovation, Rupert cleaned the floor tiles after removal of the old kitchen and before the new kitchen was installed. The tiles and grout, around 12 years old, came up like new so that you could no longer see where the old cabinets had been. Very professional and responsible approach.

Unfortunately Jonathan couldn't fix my tiles as in his opinion the problem (haziness) was caused my using a steam cleaner to clean my polished porcelain tiles. He believed that the steam cleaner destroyed a sealant on my tiles over time and pushed the lime scale and other minerals into the pores of the tile. He said them being polished porcelain tiles you can't do much to fix that haziness, you can't remove the top layer and re polish like you would do with a natural stone. He recommended re-sealing them again to protect them from further damage
