    Great find! It was quite difficult to make contact because of having to go through the TileDoctor head office, but once I did it was very straightforward. Dean spent two days - first cleaning the newly-laid reclaimed quarry tiles, and then applying the "seal and go". The tiles vary a lot in surface quality, so the finish isn't uniform, but that would be impossible. However, it *is* water resistant, and hard-wearing, so I'm very pleased with the result. Highly recommended.

    For 20 odd years we have put up with some vile lino left cemented over some quarry tiles in our utility room. It was pretty much the final job in what has been a lengthy and extensive renovation of the property. Try as we might we could not get the lino off the tiles but Bruce visited and said he could and he did with amazing results. We also took the opportunity for them to clean an seal our slate tiles throughout the hallway. Again the results were amazing.

    We had two rooms with tiles that are approx 150 years old and extremely worn. One room had predominantly brownish tinted tiles. However, after cleaning it and removing an old varnish incorrectly applied it turned out they were light pastels. A really pleasant surprise. The main hallway tiles had spent a lot of their life under carpets and were heavily marked and had dirt build up. The marks have gone and the tiles are clean with a bit more colour to them. They were not too glossy and look exactly how they should for such old tiles.

    Bruce was here for 10 days and always arrived punctually, worked for a full day and made no mess outside the room that he was working in. The job that he made of the marble flooring exceeds the expectations of myself and The Board of Directors and I would not hesitate in recommending Bruce and Tile Doctor to anyone.     We had problems with moving tiles. Bruce successfully cleaned out the area and patiently repaired and resolved the issue. He cleaned all round the area and advised we kept off for 24 hours, which we did, leavi g a solid non-moving finish.

    I contacted Bruce regarding my sandstone paving. It needed cleaning, had large areas of black lichen and the grouting had degraded in many areas. He replied very quickly to my enquiry and came to assess he job. The 2 days he spent have resulted in my now having a paved area that looks as good as when it was first laid!! The slabs were cleaned, all the original grouting was removed and new was brushed in. I wish to thank Bruce for his skills and his overall approach to the job. I am a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend him.

    Bruce visited us to provide a quotation, very professional and informative over the issues we had. The subsequent appointment over two days was a complete success for us and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. We had considerable soiling and discolouration on our porcelain floor tiles through two roomsover some seven years. Bruce has brought them back as good as new. Additional remedial action was required in two bathrooms - again the tiles and grouting look as good as new. Finally Bruce tackled some very old significantly soiled red tiles in our utility room - we could not believe he would accept the challenge; he did and we are no longer embarrassed about our floor. Bruce was very professional, informative and worked in a clean, tidy and "non-invasive" fashion. We have no hesitation recommending Bruce to revitalise and refresh your tiles - well done and thank you once again.

    A very professional service, responded to my enquiry promptly, came to see the floor and did a tester area to show me what we could expect. We booked our floor clean in for next available date and then he responded promptly to my check up email and arrived on time on the day to start work. Only slight disappointment was that with having MDF skirting boards in two small areas the water damaged the base of the board, this was a surprise at we did not realise this would happen, however we accept it was just one of those things that couldn't be helped if you're having the floor cleaned!     I was expecting that the old shower grouting would be removed and replaced, but Bruce said that, as there was only a narrow gap between the tiles, this risked chipping them. Instead, he painted over the old grouting.This looks fine at the moment but it remains to be seen how long this finish will last. Having said that, Bruce was punctual,efficient and tidy and I would certainly recommend him.

    Bruce worked hard on a large area of terracotta floor and has brought it back to life and hopefully the protection will now prevent staining from spills which inevitably take place in a klitchen. He was also careful to protect surrounding cupboards and skirtings

    I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received from Bruce Copping's. He communicated well, was reliable and managed to breathe life back into my very unattractive limestone garden patio that had been excruciating badly sealed by my original contractors. There was one small issue with the colour of some mortar that I asked him if he could rectify. He replied immediately and came back the very next day and did far more work than I expected even refreshing the old mortar which I had not expected.. but was highly delighted with! The whole area, which is around 30ft square, now looks fantastic.

    Hello The tiles were clearly in need of a clean & seal. This job was challenging as it took Bruce a long time to get the tiles clean. Unfortunately, there was still residue of the dirty muck under the kitchen cupboards and around all the skirting boards after he had completed the job. Bruce had promised to clean this up after day 1 before applying the sealant. He did not leave until 6.30pm on Day 1 and did not manage to clear this up before he applied 7 coats of sealant and clear silicone along the edges. When we scrubbed the muck off some of this was removed. It took us 1.5 hours to clean and will need a coat of paint now as not all the mess comes off. The kitchen was only decorated in April 2014 so this is disappointing. However, the tiles look great and we are thrilled with Bruce's hard work. We would just like to suggest he cleans all the muck off before applying sealant to prevent creating another 2 jobs for his customers (cleaning and painting!) Many thanks Sigi & Jon

    Excellent job carried out. We found quarry tiles under old carpet with years of old cement, plaster, tile paint, rubber matting, gripper rods - the works. The hallway was literally a building site when given over to Bruce, the issues were compounded by rising damp through the tiles which meant various visits, two different industrial dehumidifers AND a heat gun!     An excellent job over a fairly large area of badly stained tiles. As the work was in a public building we had a limited time frame to work in and Bruce was very accommodating in fitting into that time frame.     I have had my tile floor cleaned by Tile Doctor and I am extremely pleased with the result. I had allowed my floor to become grubby and stained as I couldn't find any one offering a cleaning service, this was solved when I saw the Tile Doctor's van at a neighbours.
