Rob, Connor and Lee did an exceptionally great job on resurrecting my travertine tile floors in the kitchen, the small bathroom and the doorway entrance to the house. They had black stains in surfaces where there were small holes and the grout lines had gone black. A good clean and polish brought my floor back to life and is now much easier to clean. They also were not scared of our dog and were professional in getting on with the task whilst we were working from home, so it was easy to get the job done whilst we continued with our day. I contacted Tile Doctor about the travertine in my house. It is about 15 years old now and has been damaged over time by accidental spills of strong cleaning products, cracks, hard water,… you name it. We asked them to basically renovate our bathroom which has travertine on basically every surface. We are delighted with the outcome. Most cracks are now invisible, the worst are much less visible; the tiles that form the shower floor looked worse of all and they are like new, every surface is shinier and feels soft again to the touch. Most impressively the team were courteous, efficient and professional - qualities often lost these days but not with Rona me his team. I would highly recommend them.

Got a pretty quick turn around from Quotation stage. I had Lee and Conor attend site, they looked very professional and gave us a step by step process that they was going to undertake. My tiles looked ruined after the previous contractor grouted the tiles. Lee and conor was on site for around 4 hours, and covered around 40sqm. The ‘Tile Doctor’ visited us to see if he could improve the appearance of our kitchen floor. He tried a couple of products on several tiles. Alas, despite his efforts, there was no significant difference. There was a slight improvement, but that was all. I asked what he would do in our situation and he was very very honest. He told us how much it would cost and that he would not recommend having the work done. He went on to recommend where we could buy products and to use our steam cleaner. The Tile Doctor spent over an hour with us. He declined payment. It is a pleasure to see such professionalism. I would heartily recommend him. I’m sure you’d be guaranteed an excellent job.

It is very rare that you would come across a Company who are totally honest & very fair. Parts of our home are being refurbished - and some really strange water marks appeared on our tiled floor. Mr Voyce sent one of his team to inspect, and demonstrated what we needed to do. A really simple process, that in real terms might have cost us over £500 - but it did not. We were nervous contacting tile doctor because we had never used them before . However Rob Voyce and his team were excellent. The honesty, attention to detail and the quality of the work they did was beyond our expectation.
We had a really difficult situation in that the limestone tiles we bought were damaged and we were really worried that we wouldn't be able to fix them. I am sure this was probably one of the most difficult situations with limestone they might have faced but they worked really hard to make sure the tiles were restored to the standard they expected which was better than our own expectations. They were extremely hardworking and diligent and also spent a lot of time with us afterwards explaining what we needed to do ourselves to preserve the tiles in a cost effective and easily managed way. Definitely recommend them.

From the onset my experience with Tile Doctor was excellent. Nigel and his brother are very personable, professional, friendly and helpful. They did a thorough survey and quote together with explanation of what would be involved.
On the day booked they arrived on time and the two guys that were working at my home were a real credit to the company. They kept me fully informed on what they were doing, they worked extremely hard and did a fantastic job. It was well worth the money and my bathroom tiles and kitchen tiles now look amazing. I'd have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone.

I cannot recommend Tile Doctor highly enough. The quality of the work was excellent - it looks like a new floor! Time keeping, professionalism and overall manner were excellent. Cleaning and regrouting a large floor could have been a nightmare but with Rob. Barry, Matt and Nigel it was plain sailing. They even managed to keep the dust to a minimum!
I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate to re-use them if I ever needed to.

We booked Rob and his team to clean and seal our large kitchen floor and clean and seal our Victorian mosaic tiled hallway. Rob was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout. He arrived on time, and worked quickly and efficiently, got the job done in one day, despite having to work around other trades. Unfortunately, the sealant didn't take properly on the hallway tiles, and began to peel off on a number of patches. Rob came back on three occasions over the following couple of months to help rectify the problem, often at short notice, eventually stripping and resealing the whole floor again at no extra cost. The kitchen still looks as good as new three months later, and we're receiving many compliments on the hallway. I'd thoroughly recommend Rob.

The three members of the "Tile Doctor" team were extremely efficient and carried out the work over two days with minimum disruption to the rest of the house. You would hardly know they were there. Everything was left clean and tidy after they had finished. We are delighted with the vast improvement in the appearance of our kitchen, breakfast room and utility room floor - as good as new again!

When our porcelain tiles were grouted and we had extreme grout haze and nothing was clearing it. Rob came round and discussed alternatives and tried some things then gave us a few weeks to decide if we wanted him to try and put it right.
