Sealers are generally available in two types: Topical which protect the surface of the tile or Impregnators which soak into the pores of the tile and protect from within. This protection ensures that dirt remains on the surface of the tile where it can be easily cleaned away.

The products listed below are tried and tested by Tile Doctor and are recommended for Tile, Stone and Grout Sealing to provide long lasting protection depending on wear and cleaning products used. If in any doubt about which product would be best suited to your floor please get in touch first.

Please Note:

• Some products may not be suitable for external use or where damp conditions exist, 
• Sealers can change the appearance of Tile, Stone and Grout and may darken colours in some cases.
• For a Wet Look finish apply two coats of X-Tra Seal.
