Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
Dear customer, In order to protect drivers and customers alike from the risk of infection whilst delivering parcels our couriers have introduced a temporary change to the Proof of Delivery (POD) signature requirements. This change comes into effect from Saturday 14th March 2020 until further notice.
Orders received after 13:00 will be dispatched the following working day. Although we aim for Next Day delivery and have a good reputation for achieving this target our couriers do not guarantee it.
If goods arrive in a damaged condition or if there is a shortage in delivery you must note this on the carrier’s delivery schedule. It is your responsibility to inform us within three days of delivery of any damages or shortages. including but not limited to those regarding price.
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale at any time. If for any reason goods ordered are not available you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. All goods remain the property of Tile Doctor until full payment is received.
Tile Doctor is VAT registered with registration number GB 891 2268 09 and its products are shown with prices inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
Should you decide you do not require the goods, they can be returned within 14 days of receiving them (at your own expense) for a refund. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a perfect condition. If any item is returned damaged we reserve the right to make a charge in line with our costs.
All sales shall be deemed to be between Buyer (you) and Seller (us) upon the Terms and Conditions of sale. In the event of conflict between these Conditions and any put forward by the buyer, these Conditions shall prevail.
