Returning Customer New Customer Shopping Terms and Conditions Delivery Orders received after 13:00 will be dispatched the following working day. There are no collections at the weekend when the office is closed and athough we aim for Next Day delivery and have a good reputation for achieving this target our couriers do not guarantee it, especially in very rural areas and cities. If goods arrive in a damaged condition or if there is a shortage in delivery you must note this on the carrier’s delivery schedule. It is your responsibility to inform us within three days of delivery of any damages or shortages. including but not limited to those regarding price. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale at any time. If for any reason goods ordered are not available you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. All goods remain the property of Tile Doctor until full payment is received. Returns Should you decide you do not require the goods, they can be returned within 14 days of receiving them (at your own expense) for a refund.
